1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BPSee application and related services.
By using BPSee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use BPSee.

2. Description of BPSee

BPSee is a blood pressure recording application.
BPSee helps users record, organize, review, and share blood pressure records.
BPSee does not measure blood pressure.
BPSee does not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, or replace professional healthcare professionals.
Users should always seek appropriate medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals regarding diagnosis, treatment, or other healthcare decisions.

BPSee is intended to reduce the burden of recording blood pressure while preserving reliable records for future review and healthcare consultations.

3. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BPSee complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
If you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, you may use BPSee only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Data

Blood pressure records created and saved using BPSee belong to you.
BPSee is designed to help you build an accurate and reliable history of your blood pressure measurements.
Before saving a recognized reading, BPSee provides an opportunity to review the recognition result.
You are responsible for confirming that the information is accurate before saving it as part of your long-term record.
You are also responsible for deciding whether to keep, synchronize, back up, export, or share your records.

5. Apple Services

Some features of BPSee rely on Apple services, including Apple Health and Apple CloudKit.
These features are optional and depend on the permissions you grant and the availability of Apple’s services.
Apple services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

6. Free Trial and Paid Features

BPSee may provide a limited-time full-feature trial to allow users to evaluate the application before purchasing.
After the trial period ends, some features may require either:

• an active subscription; or
• a lifetime purchase.
  The availability of paid features may change over time. The latest information is always presented within the application before purchase.
  Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple’s App Store.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BPSee in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of BPSee.
• Intentionally misuse BPSee in a manner that could harm other users or the service.

8. Disclaimer

BPSee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Although BPSee is designed to help users record blood pressure readings, BPSee does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Users should independently verify important health information before making healthcare decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BPSee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, BPSee.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

BPSee may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page together with its revision date.
Your continued use of BPSee after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
