Absolutely not. We run on a strict serverless architecture. We do not have any web servers to send your data to. Your blood pressure values, heart rate logs, notes, and screen crops stay on your iPhone and sync privately via your personal Apple iCloud storage.

Why was I charged after my free trial ended?

Per Apple App Store guidelines, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. To cancel automatic renewal, please navigate to your iPhone settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions at least 24 hours prior to the trial's end.

How does BPSee capture numbers without saving full-size photos?

Traditional apps force you to take a photo of your blood pressure monitor and send it to a server, which is slow and clutters your photo library. BPSee processes the camera feed locally and dynamically in real time. It extracts values in milliseconds and discards the video frame immediately, saving only a tiny cropped area of the numbers to conserve space and protect privacy.

Why does BPSee attach original screen crops?

Because clinical data demands absolute precision. While our neural network is highly accurate, it is not infallible.
